Christ-following men and women gather to explore and sharpen their leadership gifts and abilities on behalf of the local church.

Broadcast via satellite from the Willow Creek campus near Chicago, the event is experienced live in more than 100 locations across North America and via videocast in an additional 50+ cities around the world.
